Brewing method teaching
Combine half the amount of warm water (approximately 35°C) with the powdered milk and stir until completely dissolved. Add the remaining warm water and mix thoroughly. Note that water that is too hot will coagulate the proteins. Once prepared, the powdered milk can be refrigerated for 24 hours or stored in an ice cube tray for up to two weeks.
