




Tri-Heart Plus (ivermectin/pyrantel) is a proven, cost-effective, and easy-to-administer chewable tablet that helps keep your dog free from heartworms and other dangerous parasites.
Dogs of any age, even older dogs, can be infected with heartworms, roundworms, or hookworms. Tri-Heart Plus chewable tablets contain proven ingredients to effectively protect your dog and give you peace of mind.
A chewable tablet containing ivermectin and pyrantel that eliminates heartworm larvae from infected dogs' tissue within one month to prevent heartworm disease, and is used to treat and control roundworms and hookworms.
All dogs should be tested for heartworm infection before starting a prevention program, as a small percentage of dogs may experience digestive and neurological side effects from ivermectin/pyrantel treatment.

Tri-Heart Plus chewable tablets are available in three dosage strengths for dogs of different weights. Each strength comes in convenient packs of 6 chewable tablets.
- Small Dogs (<25lbs) - Blue
- Medium Dogs (26-50 lbs) - Green
- Large Dogs (51-100lbs) - Brown
Store at controlled room temperature of 59-86° F (15-30° C). Protect product from light.

Tri-Heart® Plus chewable tablets should be administered orally at the recommended minimum dose level of 6 mcg per kilogram (2.72 mcg/lb) and 5 mg (pamoate) per kilogram (2.27 mg/lb) of body weight. The recommended dosing regimen for the prevention of heartworm disease and the treatment and control of roundworms and hookworms in dogs is as follows:

Recommended for:
- Dogs 6 years and older.
- For dogs over 100 pounds, use a combination of tablets in the appropriate dosage.
Feeding Guidelines:
- Only remove one chewable tablet from the package at a time.
- Oral administration and recommended dosage
- It can be fed to your dog by hand, added to a small amount of dry food, or placed in the back of the dog's mouth when force-feeding.
- Dogs should be monitored for a full dose and should be observed for several minutes after administration to ensure that a partial dose is not lost or rejected. If any dose is suspected to have been lost, we recommend re-administering the dose.
