Switching to the Wellness Pet Diet <br>It's important to slowly transition your puppy from his/her current diet to the Wellness Pet Diet, as it takes several days for the body to adjust to the new nutritional content. Switch brands and gradually mix in the new food over 5-7 days, increasing the amount of the Wellness Pet Diet daily. After 7 days, you can feed the Wellness Pet Diet 100%.
Determining Your Feeding Ratio <br>Referring to the chart below, divide the total number of cups fed per day by the total number of feedings per day to determine the portion size for each meal. Always have a bowl of clean water readily available. Wellness Pet Health believes in mixing dry food with canned food to help increase your puppy's water intake at all times.
