Food Switching Tips: A sudden change in your pet's food diet may cause adverse reactions, such as loose stools or vomiting. To avoid gastrointestinal upset, we recommend a gradual transition to PURE dry food, mixing in smaller amounts of the old food. Ideally, transition to the new food over a 7-10 day period, initially mixing 75% of the old food with 25% of the new food. Gradually reduce the amount of old food and increase the amount of PURE dry food daily until the new food is completely replaced.
