GEX Rabbit Filtered Drinking Bowl
The GEX Rabbit Filter Drinking Bowl allows your pet to drink naturally. The bowl design prevents leaks and features a water softener that reduces calcium and magnesium in tap water by approximately 40% (*GEX internal research).

●When using this product for the first time, be sure to check whether your pet has drunk water after setting it up.
Soft water filter maintenance instructions:
- Rinse the filter surface with water every day without using detergent.
- Replace the filter element every 3 weeks to 1 month, or when it is visibly dirty.
How to use the soft water filter:
1. Immerse the filter element in a container filled with tap water and shake it repeatedly to clean it until the ion exchange resin in the filter element is completely wet.
2. Place the filter element into the filter box with the mesh side facing up.
*When you first start using it, some yellowish water may flow out. This is because the components of the ion exchange resin are eluted. There is no quality problem and it is harmless.
