Green Paws Liudou is Hong Kong's first and only eco-friendly wood cat litter factory. Owner Kelvin is a Hong Kong returnee who studied in Australia during high school. After graduation, he initially worked in architecture and interior design there, but Hong Kong remained close to his heart. Two years ago, he resolutely returned to Hong Kong and started from scratch. "My initial desire was to return to Hong Kong and contribute to its cause. I wondered what I could do to help Hong Kong. I discovered that wood recycling was almost unheard of in Hong Kong, so I decided to invest in the industry." According to historical statistics, Hong Kong wastes over 600 tons of waste wood daily, much of which is pallets used for logistics and handling. Kelvin's factory primarily recycles pallets.
