Terms and Conditions for the "Furry Kids New World Adventure" event

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in this event. Completing the registration process signifies that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • This event is open to pet owners in Hong Kong only.
  • Each participant can only receive the Starter Pack (either Kitten or Puppy version) once and duplicate registration is not allowed.

2. Collection Method

  • Once you have successfully submitted the form, Pettington will process it within 10 working days.
  • Collection methods include:
    • Tuen Mun Warehouse Self-collection : A redemption letter will be sent via email and participants are required to collect the item at the designated time.
    • SF Express (Freight Collect) : Pettington will ship the starter pack within 7 business days. Please monitor the SF Express app or notifications.

3. Gift Content

  • The kitten starter pack contains a 400g pack of Royal Canin Kitten dry food.
  • The puppy starter pack contains one 800g pack of Royal Canin Puppy dry food.
  • Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Quantities are limited and will be given away while stocks last.

4. Data Use and Privacy

  • All personal information provided by participants will be used for event contact, gift arrangements, and future product promotions, health information and membership benefits provided by Pettington.
  • All information will be handled properly in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Participants may request to stop receiving promotional information at any time.

  • If you are unable to successfully receive the starter pack for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect personal information, failure to contact, invalid address, or overdue collection), Pettington will not reissue it.
