Frozen goods handling and cold transport solutions
We will give special treatment to frozen raw meat and grain products to ensure that the frozen products purchased by customers can be properly protected under all-day temperature control.
First, we use SF Express's frozen cold transport service , which delivers products at a freezing temperature (-18 to -15°C). Second, we implement the following additional measures for each frozen product order:
1. Frozen goods will be stored in a freezer in a warehouse at -18 degrees or below
2. Pack frozen goods in waterproof and insulated bags
3. Inside the waterproof insulation bag, there will be a large area of ice sandwich-style packaging for the goods
4. Wrap the ice and goods with thermal insulation aluminum film
5. Place a large area of ice on top of the product
6. There will be enough ice boxes at the bottom of the insulation bag to prevent hypothermia
Notes for customers purchasing frozen products:
- If the order contains any frozen goods, they will be delivered by SF Express refrigerated delivery, which provides delivery at a freezing temperature (-18 to -15°C).
- Guests should note that the SF Express pickup station they choose must have refrigeration equipment. It is recommended to choose the guest's residential address.
- Customers should pay attention to the SF Express driver's appointment time and pick up time for frozen goods to prevent the goods from being left at room temperature for a long time.
- If your order contains dry goods and frozen goods, they will be delivered separately.
